Now, my brothers, I myself also am persuaded concerning you, that you yourselves also are full of goodness, having been filled with all knowledge, being able to admonish one another.
And if I have prophecies, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith so as to move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
For if anyone sees you, the one having knowledge, reclining in an idol’s temple, will not the weak one’s conscience be built up so as to eat the idolatrous offering?
But the knowledge is not in all; but some being aware of the idol eat as an idolatrous offering until now; and their conscience, being weak, is defiled.
But even as you abound in everything, in faith, and in word, and in knowledge, and in all earnestness, and in your love in us, that you also should abound in this grace.
as it is righteous for me to think this of you all because you have me in your heart, both in my bonds and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you are all sharers of the grace with me.
Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly, in all wisdom teaching and admonishing yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
And we exhort you, brothers, to admonish the disobedient ones, comfort the ones being faint-hearted, sustain the ones being weak, be long-suffering towards all.
For which we also continually pray concerning you, that our God would deem you worthy of the calling, and would fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness, and work of faith in power,
taking recollection of the unfeigned faith in you, which first dwelt in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded that it is also in you.
For indeed because of the time being due to be teachers, yet you need for the one to teach you again what are the rudiments of the beginning of the words of God, and you have become ones having need of milk, and not of solid food;
