And to whom will you liken God? Or what likeness will you compare to Him?

Therefore being offspring of God, we ought not to suppose that the Deity is like gold or silver or stone, engraved by art and the imagination of man.

who exchanged the truth of God into the lie, and worshiped and served the created thing more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

You know that when you were nations, how you were led, being carried away to voiceless idols.

You shall not make a carved image for you, any likeness of anything in the heavens above, or in the earth beneath, and in the waters from under the earth.
