Until when, O Jehovah? Will You hide Yourself? Shall Your wrath burn like fire forever?

Why do You stand far away, O Jehovah? Will You hide in times of distress?

I said, O my God, do not take me up in the half of my days; Your years are in the generation of generations.

Until when, O Jehovah? Will You be angry with us forever? Shall Your jealousy burn like fire?

Will You be angry with us forever? Will You draw out Your anger to generation and generation?

O Jehovah, why do You cast off my soul; why do You hide Your face from me?

Return, O Jehovah! Until when? And give pity to Your servants.

Truly, You are a God who hides Himself, O God of Israel, the Savior.

And I will wait for Jehovah, who hides His face from the house of Jacob; and I will look for Him.

O house of David, so says Jehovah: Judge justice for the morning, and deliver the one plundered out of the hand of the one oppressing, that My fury not go out like fire and burn so that none can put it out, because of the evil of your doings.

Circumcise yourselves to Jehovah, and take away the foreskin of your heart, O men of Judah and those living in Jerusalem, lest My fury go forth like fire and burn, so that no one can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.

We are ashamed, for we have heard reproach, dishonor has covered our faces. For aliens have come into the holy places of the house of Jehovah.

I will go; I will return to My place until they confess their guilt and seek My face. In the oppressing one they will seek Me diligently.
