A Psalm of David. Hear my prayer, O Jehovah give ear to my supplications; answer me in Your faithfulness, in Your righteousness;

O Jehovah, because of Your name, make me live; in Your righteousness, bring my soul out of distress.

Let my judgment go out from Your face; Your eyes see uprightly.

I have called on You, for You will answer me, O God, stretch out Your ear to me and hear my word.

To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. In You, O Jehovah, I sought refuge; let me never be ashamed; deliver me in Your righteousness.

Stretch out Your ear to me; deliver me quickly, be a strong rock to me, for a house of fortresses to save me.

The eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous ones and His ears are open to their cry.

Judge me, O God, and strive for my cause against a nation not godly. Deliver me from the man of deceit and injustice.

O Lord, I pray, according to all Your righteousness, let Your anger and Your fury be turned back from Your city Jerusalem, Your mountain of holiness. For because of our sins and of the iniquity of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people have become a reproach to all those around us.

No temptation has taken you if not a human one; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able. But with the temptation, He will also make the way out, so as for you to be able to bear it.
