If I had regarded iniquity in my heart, Jehovah would not have heard.
Surely, God will not hear vanity, and the Almighty will not look upon it.
Beware! Do not turn to iniquity; for you have chosen this rather than affliction.
Jehovah is far from the wicked ones, but He hears the prayer of the righteous ones.
The sacrifice of the wicked one is a disgusting thing to Jehovah, but the prayer of the upright one is His delight.
One shutting his ears at the cry of the poor one, he himself shall also call and shall not be answered.
He who turns aside his ear from hearing the Law, even his prayer is a disgusting thing.
And when you spread out your palms, I will hide My eyes from you; also, when you multiply prayer, I will not hear. Your palms are full of bloods.
But we know that God does not hear sinful ones, but if anyone is God-fearing, and does His will, He hears that one.
You ask, and do not receive, because you ask badly, in order that you may spend on your pleasures.
