Blessed is the one You elect and cause to come near You; he shall dwell in Your courts; we shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Your holy temple.

Blessed are they who dwell in Your house; they will yet be praising You. Selah.

even as He elected us in Him before the foundation of the world, for us to be holy and without blemish before Him in love,

But we ought to thank God always concerning you, brothers, having been loved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning to salvation in sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth,

For Jehovah has chosen Jacob to Himself, Israel for His special treasure.

and You shall hear from Heaven, from Your dwelling place, their prayer and their supplications, and shall maintain their cause, and forgive Your people who have sinned against You.

My wounds have festered and rotted because of my foolishness.

Who is a God like You, lifting off iniquity and passing by the transgression of the remnant of His possession? He does not make strong His anger forever, for He delights in mercy.
