So they shall be confounded; their tongue falls upon themselves; everyone seeing them shall flee.

Your mouth condemns you, and not I; yea, your own lips testify against you.

As for the head of those around me, let the evil of their own lips cover them.

Flash out lightning and scatter them; send out Your arrows and confound them.

All who see Me scornfully laugh at Me; they open the lip; they shake the head, saying,

I was a reproach among all those distressing me, but exceedingly to my neighbors; and I was a dread to my friends; those seeing me fled outside from me.

And the righteous ones shall see and fear; yea, they will laugh over him, saying,

For the sin of their mouth is the word of their lips, even let them be taken in their pride, and for cursing and the lying which they speak.

In turning my enemies to turn back, they will stumble and perish before You.

In the transgression of the lips is the snare of an evil one, but the righteous one will come out from distress.

But he said to him, I will judge you out of your own mouth, wicked slave. You knew that I am an exacting man, taking what I did not lay down, and reaping what I did not sow.

standing from afar because of the fear of her torment, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city, Babylon, the strong city! For in one hour your judgment came.

And I heard another voice out of Heaven saying, My people, come out of her, that you may not share in her sins, and that you may not receive of her plagues;
