Behold, they belch forth with their mouth; swords are in their lips; for they say, Who hears?

The heart of the righteous one meditates how to answer, but the mouth of the wicked ones pours out evil.

the lips of those rising up against me, and their scheming against me all the day.
Offspring of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
