Psalm 50:21

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

You have done these things, and I have kept silence; you thought that being I would be like you; but I will rebuke you and set in order before your eyes.

Must He repay you because you refused it? For you must choose, and not I; therefore, speak what you know.

Our God comes, and He is not silent; a fire shall devour before Him; and it shall be very stormy around Him.

Not for your sacrifices do I reprove you; yea, your burnt offerings are continually before Me;

And they say, How does God know? And, Is there knowledge in the Most High?

You have set our iniquities before You, our secret sins in the light of Your face.

And God said to Moses, I AM THAT I AM; and He said, You shall say this to the sons of Israel, I AM has sent me to you.

A man of chastisements who hardens his neck shall be broken with suddenness, and there will be no healing.

For God shall bring every work into judgment, with all that is hidden, whether it is good, or whether it is evil.

The wicked one finds favor; he does not learn righteousness; he acts wrongfully in the land of straight things, and he does not see the majesty of Jehovah.

I have been silent; I was quiet and refrained Myself; I will groan like one giving birth; I will pant and gasp at once.

And whom have you dreaded and feared? You have lied and have not remembered Me, not setting it on your heart. Have I not been silent, even from forever, and you have not feared Me?

How can you say, I am not defiled; I have not gone after Baals? See your way in the valley; know what you have done! You are a swift camel criss-crossing her ways;

Jehovah has sworn by the majesty of Jacob, I will not forget forever all their works.

God is not a man that He should lie, or a son of man that He should repent. Has He said, and shall He not do it? And has He spoken, and shall He not make it good?

So then do not judge anything before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both shed light on the hidden things of darkness and will reveal the purposes of the hearts. And then praise will be to each one from God.

The Lord of the promise is not slow, as some deem slowness, but is long-suffering toward us, not purposing any to perish, but all to turn one’s self to repentance.

I, as many “as I love, I rebuke and I chasten.” Be zealous, then, and repent. Prov. 3:12
