Behold, Zion, the city of our appointed meetings! Your eyes shall see Jerusalem, a quiet home, a tent that shall not be moved; its stakes shall not be pulled up forever, and not any of its cords shall be torn off.
And now you prophesy against them all these words, and say to them, Jehovah shall roar from on high and give forth His voice from His holy habitation; He shall mightily roar over His dwelling place. He answers with a shout, like those who tread out the grapes, against all those living in the earth.
And Jehovah gives His voice before His army, for His camp is very great. For he who does His Word is strong. For the day of Jehovah is great and very terrifying, and who can endure it?
And he said: Jehovah will roar from Zion and give His voice from Jerusalem. And the pastures of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.
Behold, the days are coming, a statement of Jehovah, and will draw near the one plowing, the one reaping, and the one treading out grapes, and the one trailing seed. And the mountains shall drop new must, and all the hills will be dissolved.
And the Lord Jehovah of Hosts is He who touches the earth so that it melts, and all dwelling in it shall mourn. And all of it will rise up like the Nile, and sink down like the Nile;
And we have heard, and our heart has melted, and there still does not rise spirit in any man, because of you. For Jehovah your God, He is God in the heavens above, and in the earth below.
And she said to the men, I know that Jehovah has given the land to you, and that your terror has fallen on us, and that all those living in the land have melted before you.
