A Psalm of David. A Contemplation. Blessed is he whose transgression is lifted, whose sin is covered.

And David said to Nathan, I have sinned against Jehovah. And Nathan said to David, Jehovah also has put away your sin; you shall not die.

And do not cover their iniquity, and do not let their sin be blotted out from before You. For they have provoked You to anger before the builders.

He who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases;

Blessed are those keeping judgment, he who does righteousness in every season.

A Song of Ascents. Blessed is everyone who fears Jehovah, walking in His ways.

Blessed is the man who sets Jehovah as his trust, and does not turn to the proud ones, or to those who turn to a lie.

To the chief musician. A Contemplation for the sons of Korah. As the deer pants after the channels of water, so my soul pants after You, O God.

To the Chief Musician, Concerning the Lilies. For the sons of Korah. A Poem; a Song of the Beloved. My heart is boiling over with a good matter. I am speaking of my works to the King; my tongue is the pen of a rapid writer.

To the chief musician. A Contemplation. A Psalm of David when Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul, and said to him, David has come to the house of Ahimelech. Why do you boast yourself in evil, O mighty one? The mercy of God is all the day.

To the Chief musician on Mahalath. A Contemplation; A Psalm of David. The foolish one has said in his heart, No God! They have done corruptly; they have acted abominably, doing iniquity; not one is doing good!

To the Chief Musician on Neginoth. A Contemplation. A Psalm of David. Give ear to my prayer, O God; and do not hide Yourself from my supplication.

O Jehovah of Hosts, blessed is the man who trusts in You!

You have taken away the iniquity of Your people; You covered all of their sins. Selah.

O the blessedness of the people knowing the joyful sound; O Jehovah, they shall walk in the light of Your face.

Come now and let us reason together, says Jehovah: Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red as the crimson, they shall be like wool.

I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My sake; and I will not remember your sins.

I have blotted out your transgressions like a cloud; and your sins like a cloud. Turn back to Me, for I have redeemed you.

And answering, Jesus said to him, Blessed are you, Simon, son of Jonah, for flesh and blood did not reveal it to you, but My Father in Heaven.

But He said, No; rather, blessed are the ones hearing the Word of God, and keeping it.

Blessed are the ones doing His commands, that will be their right over the Tree of Life, and by the gates they may enter into the city.
