They cried to You, and slipped way; they trusted in You and were not ashamed.

And they were helped against them. And the Hagarites were given into their hand, and all who were with them. For they cried to God in the battle, and He was entreated for them, because they trusted in Him.

And He looked on their affliction when He heard their cry;

To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. In You, O Jehovah, I sought refuge; let me never be ashamed; deliver me in Your righteousness.

I put my trust in You, O Jehovah, let me not be put to shame forever.

Israel is saved in Jehovah with everlasting salvation. You shall not be ashamed and not disgraced to the forevers of eternity.

And kings shall be supporting you, and their princesses ones nursing you. They shall bow to you, faces down to the earth, and lick up the dust of your feet. And you shall know that I am Jehovah, by whom they who wait for Me shall not be ashamed.

All who have found them have devoured them. And their oppressing ones said, We are not guilty, because they have sinned against Jehovah, the habitation of righteousness, and the hope of their fathers, Jehovah.

Nebuchadnezzar answered and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, who has sent His Angel and has delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and have changed the king’s words, and have given their bodies that they might not serve and not do homage to any god except their own God.

For the Scripture says, “Everyone believing on Him will not be put to shame.” Isa. 28:16

as it has been written, “Behold, I place in” “Zion a Stone-of-stumbling,” “and a Rock-of-offense,” “and everyone believing on Him will not be shamed.” LXX and MT-Isa. 28:16; MT-Isa. 8:14

Therefore, it is also contained in the Scripture: “Behold, I lay in Zion” an elect, “precious Stone,” “a Corner-foundation”; “and the one believing on Him shall not be put to shame, not ever!” Isa. 28:16

And the sons of Israel cried to Jehovah, for he had nine hundred chariots of iron. And he oppressed the sons of Israel with force twenty years.

And Israel was brought very low before Midian. And the sons of Israel cried to Jehovah.
