For You will precede him with the blessings of goodness; You set a crown of pure gold on his head.

And he took the crown of their king from off his head. And its weight was a talent of gold, and a precious stone in it. And it was set on David’s head. And he brought out the plunder of the city in great abundance.

And the men of Judah came and anointed David to be king over the house of Judah there. And they told David, saying, It was the men of Jabesh-gilead who buried Saul.

And all the elders of Israel came to the king, to Hebron. And King David cut a covenant with them in Hebron before Jehovah. And they anointed David to be king over Israel.

And David took the crown of their king from his head, and found it a talent of gold in weight, and a precious stone in it; and it was set on David’s head. And he also brought out the plunder of the city, a very great amount.

and now, O Jehovah God, rise to Your rest; You, and the Ark of Your might; O Jehovah God, Your priests are clothed with salvation, and Your godly ones rejoice in goodness;

Who has gone before Me that I should repay? All under the heavens, it is to Me!

They went before me in my day of calamity, but Jehovah was my support.

We will rejoice in Your salvation, and in the name of our God set up banners; may Jehovah fulfill all your prayers.

How great is Your goodness which You have laid up for those who fear You; You have worked for those who trust in You before the sons of mankind.

The God of my mercy shall go before me; God shall cause me to see those being my enemies.

“Or who first gave to Him, and it will be repaid to him?” Job 41:11

Or do you despise the riches of His kindness, and the forbearance and the longsuffering, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?

Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms with Christ,

but the One for a little time, we do see Jesus, having been made less than the angels because of the suffering of death now, having been crowned with honor and glory so as by the grace of God He might taste of death for every son.

And His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head many diadems, having a name written, which no one knows if not Himself;

And Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers. And the Spirit of Jehovah came mightily upon David from that day and onward. And Samuel rose up and went to Ramah.
