I have pursued my enemies and have overtaken them; and I did not turn back until they were finished.
My steps have kept in Your tracks so that my stroke has not slipped.
Arise, O Jehovah! Save me, O my God. For You have struck all my enemies on the cheekbone. You have broken the teeth of the wicked ones.
Be gracious to me, O Jehovah, for I am in distress; my eye has wasted away with grief, my soul and my belly.
Take hold of a shield and buckler, and arise for my help.
Let them be as chaff before the wind, and the Angel of Jehovah driving away.
But the wicked ones shall perish; yea, the enemies of Jehovah shall be like the beauty of pastures; they are consumed; like smoke, they vanish.
Through You we will thrust out our adversaries; through Your name we will trample those rising up against us.
In turning my enemies to turn back, they will stumble and perish before You.
And I saw, and behold, a white horse! And the One sitting on it had a bow. And a crown was given to him, and He went out conquering, and that He might conquer.
