He sends out His Word and melts them; He causes His wind to blow, and the waters flow.

Ice is given by God’s breath, and the expanse of waters with tightness.

you whose garments are warm when the earth is still from the south wind?

He sent His Word and healed them; and delivered them from all their pits.

He sends His command out on the earth, until His Word runs very swiftly;

For He spoke, and it came into being; He commanded, and it stood fast.

He made an east wind blow in the heavens; and He led out the south wind by His power.
