Be gracious to us, O Jehovah; be gracious to us! For we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

And it happened, when the ark of Jehovah had come to the city of David, and Michal the daughter of Saul looked through the window and saw King David leaping and dancing before Jehovah, she despised him in her heart.

He is despised and abandoned of men, a Man of pains, and known of sickness, and as hiding our faces from Him, He being despised, and we did not value Him.

He gives his cheek to the One smiting him; he is filled with reproach.

And I will not let you bear the shame of the nations any longer, and you shall not bear the disgrace of the peoples any more, and you shall not cause your nations to fall any more, a statement of the Lord Jehovah.

So prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains and to the hills, to the ravines and to the valleys, So says the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and in My fury, because you have borne the shame of the nations.

And being lovers of money, the Pharisees also heard all these things; and they derided Him.

And the people stood watching. And the rulers with them also scoffed, saying, He saved others; let Him save Himself, if this One is the Christ, the Elect of God.
