Jehovah is for me; I will not fear; what can man do to me?

His heart is upheld; he shall not be afraid until he looks on his oppressors.

Blessed is he who has the God of Jacob for his help; his hope is on Jehovah his God;

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

To the chief musician. For the sons of Korah; A song. For the Virgins. God is our refuge and strength, very much found to be a help in distresses.

Jehovah of Hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is a refuge for us. Selah.

In God I will praise the Word; in Jehovah I will praise the Word.

In God I have trusted; I will not fear; what will man do to me?

On me, O God, are Your vows; I will render to You thank offerings.

In God I will praise His Word; in God I have trusted; I will not fear; what will flesh do to me?

All the day they pervert my words; all their thoughts are against me for evil.

Then my enemies will turn back in the day I call; this I know, for God is for me.

Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for me against the workers of evil?

I, even I am He comforting you. Who are you, that you should fear from man? He shall die! And from the son of man? He is given as grass.

But Jehovah is with me like a mighty, awesome one. On account of this those persecuting me shall stumble and will not prevail. And they shall be greatly ashamed. For they have not acted wisely; they are an everlasting disgrace that will not be forgotten.

What then shall we say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

So that we may boldly say, “The Lord is my helper, and I will not be afraid. What shall man do to me?” Psa. 118:6

And Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine. And they were dismayed and greatly afraid.

And David said, Jehovah, who has delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, He shall deliver me from the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said to David, Go, and Jehovah be with you.
