A Psalm of David. A statement of Jehovah to my Lord: Sit at My right hand, until I place Your enemies as Your footstool.

And David the king rose up on his feet and said, Hear me, my brothers and my people. With my heart I desired to build a house of rest for the ark of the covenant of Jehovah, and for the footstool of our God. And I made preparations to build.

This is the reward from Jehovah to those opposing me from Jehovah, and of those who speak evil against my soul.

To the chief musician, on the harp. A Psalm of David. O Jehovah, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth; You have given Your glory above the heavens!

You made him rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all under his feet:

And He shall build the temple of Jehovah; and He shall bear the majesty, and shall sit and rule on His throne. And He shall be a priest on His throne; and the counsel of peace shall be between the two of them.

Jesus said to him, You said it. I tell you more. From this time you shall see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of power, and coming on the clouds of the heaven. Psa. 110:1; Dan. 7:13

Then indeed, after speaking to them, the Lord was taken up into Heaven, and sat at the right of God. Psa. 110:1

And He was withdrawn from them, about a stone’s throw. And having placed the knees, He prayed,

For it is right for Him to reign until He puts all the hostile ones under His feet; Psa. 110:1

Therefore if you were raised with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is sitting at the right of God; Psa. 110:1

But to which of the angels did He ever say, “Sit at My right hand until I place Your hostile ones as a footstool of Your feet”? LXX-Psa. 109:1; MT-Psa. 110:1

who being the shining splendor of His glory, and the express image of His essence, and bearing up all things by the Word of His power, having made purification of our sins through Himself, He sat down on the right of the Majesty on high, Psa. 110:1

looking to the Author and Finisher of our faith, Jesus, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, “and has sat down at the right hand” of the throne of God.”

Now the main point over the things being said: We have such a High Priest, who sat down on the right of the throne of the Majesty in Heaven, Psa. 110:1

who having gone into Heaven is at the right hand of God, the angels, and authorities, and powers being subjected to Him.
