If you have been foolish in lifting yourself up, or if you plot evil, lay your hand on your mouth!

Turn toward me and be astonished, and put your hand on your mouth.

Behold, I am vile! What shall I answer You? I will put my hand to my mouth.

Even a foolish one being silent is counted a wise one, he shutting his lips as discerning.

Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

one girded in the loins, and a hegoat, and a king; there is no rising up with him.

But we know that as many things as the law says, it says to the ones within the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world be accountable to God.
