Do not be afraid of sudden dread, and of the ruin of the wicked ones when it comes.

He shall not be afraid of evil news; his heart is fixed, trusting in Jehovah.

How they have become desolation in a moment, consumed with terrors!

You shall not fear the terror of night, of the arrow that flies by day;

when your dread comes like a storm, and your calamity arrives like a tempest, when distress and anguish come on you,

You shall be established in righteousness; you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near to you.

But they shall each man sit under his vine and under his fig tree, and there shall be no trembling; for the mouth of Jehovah of Hosts has spoken.

And I will camp around My house from an army, from one passing by, and from one returning. And one oppressing shall not pass through them again. For now I have seen with My eyes.

But you are going to hear of wars and rumors of wars. See, do not be terrified. For all things must take place, but the end is not yet.

And He said to them, Why are you so fearful? How do you not have faith?

And when you hear of wars and disturbances, do not be terrified. For these things must first occur, but the end is not at once.

Do not let your heart be troubled; you believe into God, believe also into Me.

But if you truly suffer because of righteousness, blessed are you. “But do not fear their fear, nor be disturbed,
