As the legs of the lame one are weak, so a proverb in the mouth of fools.

So they shall be confounded; their tongue falls upon themselves; everyone seeing them shall flee.

A lip of excess is not fitting for a foolish one, much less are lying lips for a noble one.

As a thorn goes up into the drunkard’s hand, so a proverb in the mouth of fools.
