For their heart meditates violence, and their lips speak of mischief.

No one calls for righteousness, and no one judges with truth. Trusting in emptiness, and speaking vanity, they conceive mischief and give birth to iniquity.

But your eyes and your heart lust for nothing but your unjust gain, and to shed innocent blood, and injury, and to do oppression.

Both palms are on evil, to do it well. The ruler is asking for a bribe, also the judge. And the great man speaks the lust of his soul; he acts, and they weave it together.

said, O son of the devil, full of all deceit and of all villainy, hostile to all righteousness, will you not stop perverting the right ways of the Lord?
