He who sows injustice will reap sorrow, and the rod of his wrath shall cease.

As I have seen, the ones plowing iniquity and sowing trouble; they harvest it.

For the rod of wickedness shall not rest on the lot of the righteous ones; that the righteous ones not put forth their hands to injustice.

and they shall eat of the fruit of their own way and be filled with their own devices.

A rod of pride is in the mouth of a foolish one, but the lips of the wise ones shall keep them.

But yet a little while and the fury is finished; and My anger shall be over their destruction.

Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger! Yea, My fury is the staff in their hand.

Do not rejoice, O Philistia, all of you, for the rod of your striking is broken, because a viper comes forth from the root of a snake, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.

For through the voice of Jehovah, Assyria shall be crushed, the rod with which He strikes.

For You have broken the yoke of his burden and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of him pressing, as in the day of Midian.

You have plowed wickedness; you have reaped iniquity. You have eaten the fruit of lies because you trusted in your way, in the multitude of your mighty men.

For they sow the wind, and they reap the storm wind. A stalk is not to him; the bud shall make no flour. If it does make it, strangers will swallow it up.
