How sweet are Your words to my palate! More than honey to my mouth!

I have inherited Your testimonies forever; for they are the joy of my heart.

I have declared all the judgments of Your mouth with my lips;

I rejoice at Your Word, as one who finds great plunder.

My lips shall pour forth praise when You have taught me Your statutes.

They are more desirable than gold, even much fine gold, and sweeter than honey, even drops from the honeycomb.

Wisdom is found in the lips of him who has understanding, but a rod is waiting for the back of him who lacks heart.

The lips of the righteous one feed many, but foolish ones die in lack of heart.

The lips of the wise ones disperse knowledge, but the heart of fools is not so.

The wise in heart shall be called understanding, and sweetness of lips increases learning.

When wisdom enters into your heart, and knowledge is pleasant to your soul,

that your trust may be in Jehovah. I caused you to know today, even you.

Like apples of gold in settings of silver is a word spoken at the right time.

Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths peace.

My son, pay attention to my words; stretch your ear to what I say;

let them not depart from your eyes; keep them in the center of your heart;

Hear, for I will speak of excellent things, and from the opening of My lips shall be right things.

Your words were found and I ate them; and Your Word was to me the joy and gladness of my heart. For I am called by Your name, O Jehovah, God of Hosts.

For the lips of the priest should guard knowledge, and they should seek the Law from his mouth; for he is the messenger of Jehovah of Hosts.

The one believing into Me, as the Scripture said, Out of his belly will flow rivers of living water. See John 4:14

Therefore through Him let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God always, this is, the fruit of the lips, confessing to His name.
