Yes, the light of the wicked ones shall be put out; and the spark of his fire shall not blaze.

The light shall be dark in his tent; and his lamp shall be put out above him;

Through pride of his face, the wicked one will not seek; there is no God in all of his schemes.

Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, I will cut him off; I will not endure him who has high eyes and a proud heart.

The fear of Jehovah is to hate evil; I hate pride and loftiness, and the evil way, and the perverse mouth.

And it will be, when the Lord has broken off all His work in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, I will call to account on him the fruit of the greatness of heart of the king of Assyria, and on the glory of his high eyes.

The haughtiness of eyes of man shall be humbled, and the pride of men shall be bowed down; but Jehovah, He alone, will be exalted in that day.

And the pride of man shall be humbled; and the haughtiness of men shall be abased; and Jehovah alone will be exalted in that day.

And Jehovah says, Because are being proud the daughters of Zion, and walk with stretched out necks and wanton eyes, walking and skipping as they go, and make a tinkling with their feet;

The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore when your eye is sound, also all your body is light. But when it is evil, also your body is dark.

I say to you, This one went down to his house having been justified, rather than that one. For everyone exalting himself will be humbled. And the one humbling himself will be exalted.

But the one doubting, if he eats, he has been condemned, because it is not of faith; and all which is not of faith is sin.

Likewise, younger ones be subject to older ones; and all being subject to one another. gird on humility, because God sets Himself “against proud ones, but He gives grace to humble ones”. Prov. 3:34
