discretion shall keep you, understanding shall watch over you;

Let integrity and uprightness keep me, for I wait on You.

to give sense to the one of simplicity, knowledge and discretion to the young man.

Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you; love her, and she will keep you.

If the iron is blunt, and he does not whet the faces, even he must add more strength; it must be strong. But wisdom is an advantage giving success.

Then watch how carefully you walk, not as unwise, but as wise ones,
