Proverbs 17:20

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

One crooked of heart does not find a good thing, and he who is perverse in his tongue falls into an evil thing.

with the pure You reveal Yourself as pure; and with the perverting ones You appear perverse;

One winking the eye causes pain, and the lips of the foolish one shall be thrust away.

The wise ones store up knowledge, but the mouth of the foolish one is near ruin.

The mouth of the righteous one flourishes with wisdom, but the tongue of perversity shall be cut off.

for no hereafter shall be to the evil one; the lamp of the wicked one will be put out.

For one being devious is a disgusting thing to Jehovah, but His counsel is with the upright ones.

The fear of Jehovah is to hate evil; I hate pride and loftiness, and the evil way, and the perverse mouth.

The words of a wise mouth are grace, but the lips of a fool swallow him;
