King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

A man lacking heart strikes the palm, he pledges a pledge in the presence of his friend.

The evil one suffers when he is surety for a stranger, but one hating strikers of hands is trusted.

Take the garment of the one who is surety for an alien, and bind him in pledge for strangers.

One oppresses the poor one to increase riches to him, he gives to the rich one, only to come to poverty.
