For the rest, brothers, as many things as are true, as many as are honorable, as many as are right, as many as are pure, as many as are pleasing, as many as are of good report, if of any virtue, and if of any praise, meditate on these things.

Many are the daughters who act with virtue, but you rise above them all!

Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her in the gates.

His palate is most sweet, and He is, all of Him, One of desire. This is my Beloved, and this is my Friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.

The path for the just one is uprightness; the Upright One will make level the track of the just one.

And they sent to Him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that You are true, and teach the way of God in truth, and it does not concern You about anyone, for You do not look to the face of men.

The one speaking from himself seeks his own glory. But the one seeking the glory of the One who sent Him, this One is true, and unrighteousness is not in Him.

And the ones said, Cornelius, a centurion, a just man and one fearing God, and being testified to by all the nation of the Jews, was divinely warned by a holy angel to call you to his house and to hear words from you.

And a certain Ananias, a devout man according to the Law, being testified to by all the Jews living there,

Then brothers, be looking for men among you receiving testimony, seven men full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we shall appoint over this need.

Let us walk becomingly, as in the day, not in revelries and drunkenness, not in cohabitations and lustful acts, not in strife and envy.

For the rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the bad ones. And do you desire not to fear the authority? Do the good, and you will have praise from it;

For the one serving Christ in these things is pleasing to God, and approved by men.

but in the secret one is the Jew, and circumcision is of heart, in spirit, not in letter; of whom the praise is not from men, but from God.

So then do not judge anything before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both shed light on the hidden things of darkness and will reveal the purposes of the hearts. And then praise will be to each one from God.

But I pray to God for you not to do the evil, none; not that we may appear to be approved, but that you may do the good, and we may be disapproved.

through glory and dishonor, through evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true;

But we sent with him the brother whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the assemblies,

providing right things not only before the Lord, but also before men. Prov. 3:4

But the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith,

Therefore, putting off the lie, “speak truth each with his neighbor,” because we are members of one another. Zech. 8:16

For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth,

Therefore stand firm, “having girded your loins about with truth” and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,” Isa. 11:5; 59:17

You shall pursue righteousness that you may live and possess the land which Jehovah your God is giving you.

For the rest, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you truly is not troublesome to me, but safe for you.

Walk in wisdom toward the ones outside, redeeming the time.

that you may walk becomingly toward the ones outside, and that you may have need of nothing.

for kings and all the ones being in preeminence, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.

Likewise, their wives are to be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things.

ruling his own house well, having children in subjection with all honor.

Let no one despise your youth, but become an example of the believing ones in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

being witnessed by good works, if she brought up children, if she was hospitable, if she washed the feet of the saints, if she relieved afflicted ones, if she followed after every good work.

older women as mothers, younger ones as sisters, in all purity.

but hospitable, a lover of good, selfcontrolled, just, holy, sensible,

who gave Himself on our behalf, “that He might redeem us from all lawlessness” “and purify” “for Himself a people for Himself for possession,” zealous of good works. Psa. 130:8; Eze. 37:23; Deut. 14:2

aged men to be temperate, honorable, sensible, sound in faith, in love, in patience;

holding forth yourself as a pattern of good works about all things in doctrine, in purity, dignity, incorruption,

And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be without fruit.

For by this the elders obtained witness.

Pray about us, for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, in all things desiring to conduct ourselves well.

Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their afflictions, and to keep oneself without blemish from the world.

But the wisdom from above is firstly truly pure, then peaceable, gentle, yielding, full of mercy and of good fruits, not partial and not pretended.

Having purified your souls in the obedience of the truth through the Spirit to unpretended brotherly love, love one another fervently out of a pure heart,

having your behavior good among the nations, in that which they speak against you as evildoers; having watched your good works, they may glorify God in the day of visitation.

but before all things having fervent love to yourselves, “because love will cover a multitude of sins”. Prov. 10:12

Beloved ones, I now write to you this second epistle, in which I stir up your pure mind in a reminder

My little children, let us not love in word, or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

And every one having this hope upon Him purifies himself even as that One is pure.

Beloved ones, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are from God; for many false prophets have gone forth into the world.

And now, my daughter, do not fear. All that you say I will do to you, for all the gate of my people know that you are a woman of virtue.
