For every first-born among the sons of Israel among man and among animal, is Mine. I set them apart for Myself in the day I struck every first-born in the land of Egypt.
And it happened at midnight. Jehovah struck every first-born in the land of Egypt, from the first-born of Pharaoh, the one sitting on the throne, to the first-born of the captive who was in the prison house, and every first-born of animals.
For every first-born is Mine, from the day I struck every first-born in the land of Egypt, I have set apart to Myself every firstborn in Israel, from men to animal. They are Mine. I am Jehovah.
