Whoever kills any person, the murderer shall be caused to die by the mouth of witnesses. And one witness shall not testify against a person, to die.
He that strikes a man so that he dies, dying he shall die.
And a man, when he strikes the soul from any man, dying he shall die.
And if he strikes him with an instrument of iron, and he dies, he is a murderer; dying the murderer shall die.
And you shall take nothing to atone for the life of a wicked one; he is punishable to die, for dying he shall die.
But if he does not hear, take one or two more with you, “so that on the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may stand”. Deut. 19:15
Our Law does not judge the man if not it hear from him first, and know what he does?
I am coming to you this third time. “In the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.” Deut. 19:15
One witness shall not rise against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin which he sins. At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses a thing shall be raised up to judgment.
Cursed is he who strikes his neighbor secretly! And all the people shall say, Amen!
Do not receive an accusation against an elder unless on “the testimony of” “two or three witnesses”. Deut. 19:15
If anyone did not regard the Law of Moses, without compassions on “the word of two or three witnesses” dies. Deut. 17:6
And I will give to My two witnesses, and they will prophesy a thousand two hundred and sixty days, having been clothed in sackcloth.
