Numbers 30:12

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

And if breaking her husband has broken them in the day he heard, none of the utterance of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall stand; her husband has broken them. And Jehovah will forgive her.

But doing we will do whatever thing goes out of our own mouth, to burn incense to the queen of the heavens, and to pour out drink offerings to her, as we have done, we and our fathers, our kings, and our rulers, in the cities of Judah and in the outside places of Jerusalem. And we were satisfied with food, and were well, and saw no evil thing.

And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven and poured out drink offerings to her, did we make her cakes to form her image, and pour out drink offerings to her, without our men?

And the priest shall atone for all the congregation of the sons of Israel; and it shall be forgiven them. For it was in error, and they have brought their offering, a fire offering to Jehovah, and their sin offering before Jehovah for their error.

And the priest shall atone for the soul that errs when he sins through error before Jehovah to atone for him. And he shall be forgiven,

and her husband has heard, and has remained silent as to her, and he has not forbidden her, then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she has bound her soul shall stand.

Every vow and every oath, any bond to humble a soul, her husband shall establish it, or her husband shall break it.

But if her father has prohibited her in the day he heard, none of her vows and her bond with which she has bound her soul shall stand. And Jehovah will forgive her because her father has forbidden her.

And if in the day her husband hears, he has forbidden her, then he has broken her vow which is on her, and the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul. And Jehovah will forgive her.

But I want you to know that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ.

And her husband Elkanah said to her, Do that which is good in your eyes. Remain until you wean him. Only, may Jehovah lift up His Word. And the woman remained, and suckled her son until she had weaned him.
