And they will be gathered, a gathering of prisoners in a dungeon. And they shall be shut up in a prison; and after many days they will be called to account.
But there is a God in Heaven who reveals secrets, and makes known to King Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Your dream, and the visions of your head on your bed, are these:
Afterward the sons of Israel shall turn back and seek Jehovah their God and David their king. And they shall fear Jehovah and His goodness in the ends of the days.
My people, remember now what Balak, king of Moab, planned; and what Balaam, the son of Beor, answered him from Shittim to Gilgal, so that you may know the righteousnesses of Jehovah.
I shall see him, but not now; I shall behold him, but not near. A star marches out of Jacob, and a scepter shall rise out of Israel and shall dash the corners of Moab, and tear down all the sons of tumult.
“And it shall be” in the last days, God says, “I will pour from My Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy;” “and your young men shall see visions,” “and your old men shall dream dreams;”
Fear nothing of what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some from you into prison, so that you may be tried; and you will have affliction ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
But I have a few things against you, that you have there some holding the teachings of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, to eat idol sacrifices, and to commit fornication.
