But for Your great mercies, You did not consume nor forsake them; for You are a gracious and merciful God.

And Jehovah was gracious to them, and pitied them, and turned toward them, for the sake of His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and was not willing to destroy them, and not to cast them out from His presence as yet.

For when you return to Jehovah, your brothers and your sons will have mercies before ones who captured them, even to return to this land. For Jehovah your God is gracious and merciful, and He will not turn His face away from you, if you turn back to Him.

And they refused to hear, and were not mindful of Your wonders which You did among them. But they hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a leader to return them to their bondage. But You are a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and did not forsake them.

yet You in Your great mercies did not forsake them in the wilderness. The pillar of cloud did not depart from them by day to lead them in the way, and not the pillar of fire by night, to show them light, and the way in which they should go.

For My name’s sake I will put off My anger; and for My praise I will hold back for you, so as not to cut you off.

For so Jehovah has said, The whole land shall be a desolation; but it will not be a full ending that I make.

Go up on her vine rows and destroy, but do not make a full ending; turn aside her branches, for they are not Jehovah’s.

Yet even in those days, a statement of Jehovah, I will not make you to be a full ending.

It is by the kindnesses of Jehovah that we are not consumed, for His mercies are not ended.

To the Lord our God belong mercies and pardons, for we have rebelled against Him,

For Jehovah your God is a merciful God. He will not forsake you, and not destroy you, and not forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them.
