All your fortresses are like fig trees with the firstfruits; if they are shaken, then they shall fall on the mouth of the one eating them.
And shall be the fading flower, the glory of beauty which is on the head of the valley of fatness, like the firstripe fig before summer which the seeing one sees; while it is yet in his palm, he swallows it.
One basket had very good figs, like first ripe figs. And the other basket had very bad figs which could not be eaten from their badness.
And he shall scoff against the kings, and officials shall be a scorn to him. He shall scorn every fortress, and he shall heap up dust and capture it.
and the stars of the heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree being shaken by a great wind casts its unripe figs.
