Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows what things you have need of before you ask Him.

My Lord, all my desire is before You, and my sighing is not hidden from You.

For after all these things the nations seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things.

For all the nations of the world seek after these things, and your Father knows that you need these things.

Be anxious about nothing, but in everything by prayer and by petition with thanksgivings, let your requests be made known to God;
