Matthew 5:22

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

But I say to you, Everyone who is angry with his brother without cause shall be liable to the Judgment. And whoever says to his brother, Raca, shall be liable to the sanhedrin; but whoever says, Fool! shall be liable to be thrown into the fire of Hell.

And his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, and they hated him. And they were not able to speak to him for peace.

And his brothers said to him, Shall you indeed reign over us, or shall you really rule over us? And they went still more to hate him because of his dreams, and because of his words.

To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. The foolish one has said in his heart, No God! They acted corruptly; they did abominably in deeds; Not one is doing good.

Yea, let no one who waits on You be ashamed; let those who act deceitfully be ashamed.

Let not my lying enemies rejoice over me; do not let those who hate me without cause wink the eye.

Abstain from anger and cease from fury; also do not inflame yourself to do evil.

For he sees wise men die; together the fool and the animal-like ones perish and leave their riches to others.

Those hating me without cause are more than the hairs of my head; they willing to put an end to me are mighty, my lying enemies; then I bring back what I did not take away.

if I have repaid evil to one at peace with me or I have plundered one pressing me without cause,

A brutish man does not know; a fool does not understand this.

The wise ones fear and turn from evil, but the fool passes over and is bold.

The lips of a foolish one enter into strife, and his mouth calls for strokes.

As a partridge broods and does not hatch, so is he who makes riches, and not with justice; it will leave him in the midst of his days, and at his end he will be a foolish one.

Hunting the hunter has hunted me without cause like a bird.

Then Nebuchadnezzar in anger and wrath commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego. Then they brought these men before the king.

Then Nebuchadnezzar was filled with wrath, and the form of his face was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. He spoke and commanded to heat the furnace seven times more than it was customary to heat it.

Shame shall cover you from the violence against your brother Jacob, and you shall be cut off forever.

But hearing, the Pharisees said, This One does not cast out demons except by Beelzebub, ruler of the demons.

While he was yet speaking, behold, a radiant cloud overshadowed them. And, behold, a voice out of the cloud saying, This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I am well-pleased; hear Him. Psa. 2:7; Gen. 22:2; Isa. 42:1; Deut. 18:15

Then coming near to Him, Peter said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?

So also My heavenly Father will do to you unless each of you from your hearts forgive his brother their deviations.

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you go about the sea and the dry land to make one proselyte; and when he has become so, you make him twofold more a son of Hell than yourselves.

Serpents! Offspring of vipers! How shall you escape the judgment of Hell?

Then He will also say to those at the left, Go away from Me, the ones cursed, into the everlasting fire having been prepared for the devil and his angels.

And the chief priests and the elders and the whole sanhedrin looked for false testimony against Jesus, so that they might put Him to death,

And behold! A voice out of the heavens saying, This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I have been well-pleased. Psa. 2:7; Gen. 22:2; Isa. 42:1

But I say to you, Do not swear at all, neither by Heaven, because it is God’s throne; Isa. 66:1

but I say to you, Love your enemies; bless those cursing you, do well to those hating you; and pray for those abusing and persecuting you,

And the chief priests and the whole sanhedrin sought testimony against Jesus, to put Him to death, and were not finding.

And immediately in the early morning, the chief priests with the elders and scribes and all the sanhedrin having made a council, having bound Jesus, they led Him away and gave Him over to Pilate.

But I will warn you whom you should fear; fear the One who after killing has authority to cast into hell ; yea, I say to you, Fear that One!

And as it came to be day, the body of elders of the people, both the chief priests and scribes, was assembled, and led Him away into their sanhedrin, saying,

Then the chief priests and the Pharisees assembled a sanhedrin, and said, What are we doing? For this man does many miraculous signs?

But that may be fulfilled the Word that has been written in their Law, “They hated Me undeservedly. Psalms 69:4

The crowd answered and said, You have a demon. Who seeks to kill You?

Then the Jews answered and said to Him, Do we not say well that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?

And some of the Epicurean and of the Stoic philosophers encountered him. And some said, What may this seed-picker wish to say? And these others, He seems to be a proclaimer of foreign demons (because he proclaimed Jesus and the resurrection to them).

And on the next day, purposing to know the certain thing as to why he was accused by the Jews, he freed him from the bonds. And he commanded the chief priests and all their sanhedrin to come. And having brought Paul down, he stood him among them.

And looking intently at the sanhedrin, Paul said, Men, brothers, I in all good conscience have conducted myself toward God until this day.

Or these themselves say if they found anything unjust in me, I standing before the sanhedrin,

But commanding them to go outside the sanhedrin, they conferred together with one another,

And hearing, they went into the temple about daybreak and were teaching. But having come near, the high priest and the ones with him called together the sanhedrin and all the eldership of the sons of Israel. And they sent to the jail to have them brought.

And bringing them, they stood them in the sanhedrin. And the high priest asked them,

And they stirred up the people and the elders and the scribes. And coming on, they together seized him and led him into the sanhedrin.

And having looked intently at him, all the ones having sat in the sanhedrin, saw his face as if it were the face of an angel.

This is the Moses, the one who said to the sons of Israel, “The Lord your God will raise up a Prophet to you from your brothers, One like me.” You shall hear Him. Deut. 18:15

in brotherly love toward one another, loving tenderly, going before one another in honor;

nor thieves, nor covetous ones, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor rapacious ones shall inherit the kingdom of God.

But brother is judged with brother, and this before unbelievers!

For the needy one will not cease from the midst of the land. On account of this I am commanding you, saying, Opening you shall open your hand to your afflicted and needy brother in your land.

You shall appoint judges and officers for yourself in all your gates which Jehovah your God gives you, tribe by tribe. And they shall judge the people with judgment of righteousness.

not to go beyond and to take advantage of his brother in the matter, because the Lord is the avenger concerning all these, even as we told you before, and solemnly testified.

to speak evil of no one, not quarrelsome, but gentle, having displayed all meekness to all men.

Watch that you do not refuse the One speaking; for if these refusing the One divinely warning them did not escape on the earth, much rather we, the ones turning away from Heaven;

and having been made complete, He came to be the responsible Author of eternal salvation to all the ones obeying Him,

But are you willing to know, O vain man, that faith apart from works is dead?

And the tongue is a fire, the world of unrighteousness. So the tongue is set among our members, defiling the whole body, and inflaming the course of nature, and being inflamed by Hell.

who, being reviled, did not revile in return; suffering, He did not threaten, but gave Himself over to the One judging righteously;

not giving back evil for evil, or reviling against reviling; but, on the contrary, give blessing; knowing that you were called to this in order that you might inherit blessing.

The one claiming to be in the light, and hating his brother, is in the darkness until now.

By this the children of God and the children of the devil are made known: Everyone not practicing righteousness is not of God; also the one not loving his brother.

If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin not unto death, he shall ask; and He shall give life to the one not sinning unto death. There is a sin unto death. I do not say that he should ask about that.

But Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil, he argued about the body of Moses; he dared not bring a judgment of blasphemy, but said, “Let the Lord rebuke you!” Zech. 3:2

And death and hell were thrown into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death.
