Then the Devil leaves Him. And behold! Angels came near and ministered to Him.

And he looked, and behold, at his head was a cake on burning stones, and a jar of water; and he ate and drank, and turned and lay down.

Or do you think that I am not able now to call on My Father, and He will stand beside Me more than twelve legions of angels?

And he said to Him, If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down; for it has been written: “He shall give His angels charge concerning You, and they shall bear You on their hands, lest You strike Your foot against a stone.” LXX-Psa. 90:11, 12; MT-Psa. 91:11, 12

And He was there in the deserted place forty days, being tempted by Satan, and was with the wild beasts. And the angels ministered to Him.

And an angel from Heaven appeared to Him, strengthening Him.

According to a day, I being with you in the temple, you did not stretch forth your hands on Me. But this is your hour and the authority of the darkness.

And having finished every temptation, the devil departed from Him until a time.

I shall no longer speak many things with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.

And, confessedly, great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in flesh, was justified in Spirit, was seen by angels, was proclaimed among nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.

Are they not all ministering spirits for service, being sent out because of the ones being about to inherit salvation?

And again, when He brought the Firstbegotten into the world, He said, “And let all the angels of God worship Him.”
