whose fan is in His hand, and He will cleanse His threshing-floor and will gather His wheat into the storehouse. But He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

Not so are the wicked ones, but they are only as chaff which the wind drives about.

Fury is not to Me. Who will give Me briers and thorns in the battle? I will step through it; I would burn it at once.

Bread is crushed, but not always does one thresh it with threshing; and he drives the wheel of his cart; and his horses do not beat it small.

Also, the oxen and the young asses serving the ground shall eat seasoned fodder which one winnows with the shovel and with the fork.

You shall winnow them, and wind will bear them away, and the tempest will scatter them. And you shall rejoice in Jehovah; you shall glory in the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and the dry grass falls in the flame; their root shall be like rottenness, and their blossoms shall go up like dust, because they have rejected the Law of Jehovah of Hosts; and despised the Word of the Holy One of Israel.

And they shall go out and see the corpses of the men who have transgressed against Me; for their worm shall not die, their fire shall not be put out; and they shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.

And I will sift them with a fork in the gates of the land; I will bereave; I will make My people perish, for they do not turn back from their ways.

But if you will not listen to Me to keep the sabbath day holy, even to not lift up a burden and enter at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day, then I will kindle a fire in her gates. And it shall devour the fortresses of Jerusalem, and shall not be put out.

At that time it shall be said to this people and to Jerusalem, A hot wind from the bare hills in the desert toward the daughter of My people, not to winnow and not to cleanse!

And I will send aliens to Babylon who will sift her and shall empty her land. For in the day of evil they shall be against her all around.

So the Lord Jehovah says this: Behold, My anger and My fury will be poured out on this place, on man and on animal, and on the trees of the field, and on the fruit of the ground. And it will burn and will not be put out.

So they shall be as the morning cloud, and as the early dew that passes away, as chaff stormed away from the threshingfloor, and as the smoke out of the window.

For, behold, I will command, and I will shake the house of Israel among all the nations, as one shakes with a sieve; yet not a pebble shall fall to the ground.

For, behold, the day is coming, burning like a fire pot; and all the arrogant and every doer of wickedness will be chaff. And the coming day will set them ablaze, says Jehovah of Hosts, which will not leave root or branches to them.

Allow both to grow together until the harvest. And in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, First gather the darnel, and bind them into bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my granary.

The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all the stumbling blocks, and those who practice lawlessness.

And they will throw them into the furnace of fire; there will be weeping and gnashing of the teeth.

Then the righteous ones will shine out like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. The one having ears to hear, let him hear.

John answered all, saying, I indeed baptize you with water; but He stronger than I comes, of whom I am not fit to loose the thong of His sandals. He will baptize you in the Holy Spirit and fire,

whose sifting fan is in His hand; and He will fully purge His threshing-floor, and will gather the wheat into His storehouse, but the chaff He will burn up with fire that cannot be put out.

Every branch in Me not bearing fruit, He takes it away; and every branch bearing fruit, He prunes, so that it may bear more fruit.
