And I will make blind ones go by a way that they did not know. I will make them go down into paths they never knew. I will put darkness into light before them, and crooked places a level place. I do these things to them and do not forsake them;
We grope for the wall like the blind ones, and we grope as if we had no eyes; we stumble at noonday as in the twilight, in desolate places like ones dying.

And they come into Jericho. And He and His disciples and a considerable crowd having gone out from Jericho, a son of Timaeus, Bartimaeus the blind, sat beside the highway begging.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me. Because of this He anointed Me to proclaim the gospel to the poor ones; He has sent Me” to heal those being broken in heart, “to proclaim freedom to captives, and to the blind ones to see again,” to send away in freedom the ones being crushed,
Being a prophet, therefore, and knowing that God swore with an oath to him that of the fruit of his loin, as concerning flesh, to raise the Christ to sit down on his throne, see Psa. 132:11
