“A voice was heard in Ramah, lamenting and bitter wailing, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children and would not be comforted, because they were not.” Jer. 31:15
So says Jehovah, A voice was heard in Ramah, wailing, bitter weeping: Rachel weeping over her sons; she refuses to be comforted for her sons, for they are not.
For I have heard a voice as of one weakened, the anguish as one bearing her first child, the voice of Zion’s daughter gasping and spreading her palms, saying, Woe is to me now, for my soul faints because of murderers!
And I saw, and I heard one angel flying in mid-heaven, saying with a great voice, Woe! Woe! Woe to those dwelling on the earth, from the remaining voices of the trumpet of the three angels being about to trumpet!
