It is not the thing entering into the mouth that defiles the man, but the thing coming forth out of the mouth, this defiles the man.

His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and oppression; under his tongue are mischief and vanity.

Truly, all things are pure to the pure, but to the ones being defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but even their mind and conscience has been defiled.

Do not be carried away by various and strange doctrine; for it is good that the heart be confirmed by grace, not by foods, in which those walking in them were not profited.

For speaking great swollen-over words of vanity, by the lusts of the flesh, by unbridled lusts, they allure the ones indeed escaping, the ones walking in error,
