But knowing this, the crowds followed Him. And having received them, He spoke to them about the kingdom of God. And He cured the ones having need of healing.
The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is on Me, because Jehovah has anointed Me to bear good news to the poor one. He has sent Me to bind up the broken of heart, to proclaim liberty to captives, and complete opening to the ones being bound;
Which of the two did the will of the father? They said to Him, The first. Jesus said to them, Truly I say to you, The tax collectors and the harlots go before you into the kingdom of God.
And it happened afterwards, and He traveled in every city and village, preaching and announcing the gospel of the kingdom of God. And the Twelve were with Him;
And He said, To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest in parables, that seeing they might not see, and hearing, they might not understand. Isa. 6:9
And having returned, the apostles told Him as many things as they did. And taking them, He went out privately to a deserted place of a city called Bethsaida.
But the day began to decline. And coming up, the Twelve said to Him, Send away the crowd that going to the surrounding villages and farms they may lodge and find food, because here we are in a deserted place.
How then may they call on One into whom they have not believed? And how may they believe One of whom they have not heard? And how may they hear without preaching?
For also Christ did not please Himself, but even as it has been written, “The reproaches of the ones reproaching You fell on Me.” LXX-Psa. 68:10; MT-Psa. 69:9
