(It is right for the overseer to be blameless as a steward of God) not self-pleasing, not prone to anger, not given to wine, not a quarreler, not greedy of ill gain;

You ask, and do not receive, because you ask badly, in order that you may spend on your pleasures.

each one as he received a gift, ministering it to yourselves as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
