Luke 12:1

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

At which time the myriads of the crowd being gathered together, so as to trample on one another, He began to say to His disciples first, Take heed to yourselves of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.

And the king appointed the third officer over the gate, he on whose hand he leaned. And the people trampled him in the gate, and he died, as the man of God spoke, which he spoke when the king came down to him.

that the exulting of the wicked ones is near an end, and the joy of the godless one is for a moment?

For what is the hope of the godless one when He cuts off, when God pulls out his soul?

But the godless in heart lay up anger; they cry not when He has bound them.

The sinners of Zion are afraid; terror has seized profane ones; who of us shall abide with consuming fire? Who of us shall abide with burnings forever?

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees! Hypocrites! For you are as the unseen tombs, and the men walking over them do not know.

Hypocrites! You know to discern the face of the earth and of the heaven, but how is it you do not discern this time?

And it happened that the crowd was pressing on Him to hear the Word of God. And He was standing by Lake Gennesaret.

But the word about Him spread even more. And large crowds were coming to hear and to be healed from their infirmities by Him.

And coming down with them, He stood on a level place. And a crowd of His disciples, and a great multitude of the people were there from all Judea and Jerusalem, and from the coast country of Tyre and Sidon. These came to hear Him, and to be healed from their diseases,

And hearing, they glorified the Lord, and said to him, You see, brother, how many myriads there are of Jews, the ones having believed, and all are zealots of the Law.

For I gave over to you among the first things what I also received, that Christ died in behalf of our sins, according to the Scriptures,

But you have drawn near Mount Zion, even the city of the living God, to a heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels,

But the wisdom from above is firstly truly pure, then peaceable, gentle, yielding, full of mercy and of good fruits, not partial and not pretended.

Therefore putting aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
