Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, On the tenth of this month, they shall each man take for themselves an animal of the flock for a father’s house, a flock animal for a house.

A flock animal, a male without blemish, a son of a year, shall be to you. You shall take from the sheep or from the goats.

He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, but He did not open His mouth. He was led as a lamb to the slaughter; and as a ewe before her shearers is mute, and He opened not His mouth.

If his offering is out of the herd, a male, without blemish, he shall bring it to the opening of the tabernacle of the congregation, at his pleasure, before the face of Jehovah.

or his sin which he has sinned shall be made known to him, then he shall bring his offering, a doe of the goats, without blemish, a female, for his sin which he has sinned;

And he shall bring his guilt offering to Jehovah for his sin which he has sinned, a female out of the flock, a lamb, or a doe of the goats, for a sin offering. And the priest shall atone for him regarding his sin.

And answering, the angel said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you, and on account of this the Holy One being born of you will be called Son of God.

On the next day, John sees Jesus coming toward him and said, Behold! The Lamb of God, the One taking away the sin of the world!

And looking at Jesus walking, he says, Behold, the Lamb of God!

that He might present her to Himself as the glorious Assembly, not having spot or wrinkle, or any such things, but that she be holy and without blemish.

For such a High Priest was fitting for us: holy, guileless, undefiled, and having been separated from sinners, and having become higher than the heavens;

by how much more the blood of Christ (who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God), will purify your conscience from dead works, to serve the living God!

who “Himself carried up in His body our sins” onto the tree; that having died to sins, we might live to righteousness; of whom “by His wound you were healed.”

Because even Christ once suffered concerning sins, the Just One on behalf of the unjust ones, that He might bring us to God; indeed being put to death in the flesh, but being made alive in the Spirit;

And I saw, and behold, in the midst of the throne, and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, was a Lamb standing, as having been slaughtered, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, having been sent out into all the earth.
