And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God is with me and keeps me in this way which I am going, and gives to me bread to eat and clothing to wear,
These are the statutes and the judgments and the laws which Jehovah has given between Him and the sons of Israel, in Mount Sinai, by the hand of Moses.
Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, When a man makes an extraordinary vow by your evaluation, the persons shall be Jehovah’s.
every devoted thing in Israel shall be yours;
