You shall live in booths seven days; all who are native in Israel shall live in booths,
And Jacob traveled to Succoth. And he built himself a house, and made booths for his livestock. For this reason he called the name of the place Succoth.
And we live in tents, and we have obeyed and done according to all that Jonadab our father commanded us.
And I have spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions; and by the hand of the prophets I use similitudes.
And I am Jehovah, your God from the land of Egypt; yet I will make you live in tents, as in the days of meeting.
Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, In the fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be a Feast of Booths seven days to Jehovah.
And you shall keep a feast to Jehovah, seven days in a year, a never ending statute for your generations; in the seventh month you shall keep it.
And Balaam lifted up his eyes and saw Israel camping, by its tribes. And the Spirit of God was on him.
How good are your tents, O Jacob, your dwellings, O Israel!
For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle is taken down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in Heaven.
