For no man in whom there is a blemish shall draw near, a blind man, or a lame one, or one mutilated, or abnormally stretched out;
His watchmen are blind ones; they all do not know; they are all mute dogs; they cannot bark, dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber;
or a man to whom a fractured foot, or a broken hand in him,
Fools and blind! For which is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifies the gift?
And it is right for him to also have a good witness from the ones outside, that he not fall into reproach and into a snare of the devil.
For there are indeed many insubordinate men, empty talkers and mind-deluders, especially the ones of the circumcision,
