and the swine, though it is divided in the hoof, and cleaving the cleft of the hoof, yet it does not bring up the cud; it is unclean to you.

who sit among the graves and lodge in guarded places, who eat swine’s flesh, and broth of unclean things in their pots;

Those who sanctify themselves, and puriify themselves to the gardens, each one in the midst, eaters of swine’s flesh, and the unclean thing, and the mouse, these are cut off together, a statement of Jehovah.

He who slaughters an ox is as if he struck a man; he who sacrifices a lamb is as if he broke a dog’s neck; he who offers a present is as if it were swine’s blood; he making mention of incense is as if he blessed iniquity. Yea, they have chosen their way, and their soul delights in their detestable idols.

Any that divides the hoof and is cleaving of the cleft of the hooves, bringing up the cud, among the living things, you may eat it.

and the hare, though it brings up the cud, yet it does not divide the hoof; it is unclean to you;

You shall not eat of their flesh, and you shall not touch their dead body; they are unclean to you.

Do not give that which is holy to the dogs, nor throw your pearls before the pigs, that they should not trample them with their feet, and turning, they charge you.

And going, he was joined to one of the citizens of that country. And he sent him into his fields to feed pigs.

And coming out from the man, the demons entered into the pigs; and the herd rushed down the precipice into the lake and was choked.

And the swine, because it divides the hoof, but does not chew the cud; it is unclean to you. You shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead body.
